Advanced workflow unable to locate all records in troubleshooter
I'm having difficulty with advanced workflow, where not all records are showing in the job troubleshooter. This is also showing up in our lower environments, where we have copied the prod database to them and again not all records are showing in the job troubleshooter. In each environment, its about 30 or so records, though different ones for each environment. Those records are at all different stages of advanced workflow, and every one of them started out at the start. The workflow they are enrolled in, has been in advanced workflow since the start. We are running 6.2p1.
We have reached out to support, however they where unable to resolve the issue, and their workaround is to copy and paste them into new records. The problem for us is, the time and change in numbering. Given we would have to do this to a handful of records will take quite a bit of time, and additionally the numbering for those workflows will now be different, so our customers and our customers customers will have different numbers. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or can anyone else provide us some guidance where to look? We've been looking around for some time, and haven't found anything, also can't find any patterns between what is showing and not showing within the environments.
