An item with the same key has already been added.
I'm getting the error "An item with the same key has already been added.". while trying to navigate through a questionnaire. The same questionnaire on a different version of Archer works just fine. Any thoughts on what could be the issue?

I actually had this very same error yesterday while attempting to package the Contacts Application from a Development Instance to a Non-Prod Instance. The package had a failure during install and I looked up the Reference ID and it had the same words you're describing. I was able to fix this and install the package. I'm not sure if the same solution will work for you, but it's worth looking into before contacting Archer Support. I noticed the applications Tracking ID field was configured differently for the application between instances. The tracking ID in Dev was a System Tracking ID, where in the Non-Prod Instance it was an Application Tracking ID. I believe this difference in tracking ID settings was causing the package install to fail. So look at your application/questionnaire and see look at any tracking ID fields and the options. Try packaging and installing the application/questionnaire again. The version of Archer we're running is 5.5 SP1 HF2.
