We are using SQL Server account to connect Database. This is new Environment; we just finished
installing the GRC Archer application 5.5 SP4 and we were setting up the ACP
Please refer below Config Services Logs

The Web/App servers in DMZ and only SQL Port 1433 open, we checked using Telnet and port is open. SQL ID has DBO owner permission which is confirmed as well.
Do we need required another ports to be open
How is the Instance Database configured within your Archer Control Panel? I've always had to specify specifics ports in the formal of [ServerIP],[PortNum]. So if you are using port 1433 and your DB server is at 126.96.36.1990, you'd specific this in the ACP with: 188.8.131.520,1433
This doesnt appear to be a Job Engine issue but rather a connectivity issue.
Suggestion, Turn off your firewalls, restart the boxes. Validate if you can connect then. Troubleshoot after that.
Thanks, Nathan, going to try this and let know,
it is true that ports 13300 – 13350 should be open by Archer application during installation, but Job engine service fails as well as database connection
