Archer Dialog box - No OK or Cancel button
We recently noted that when we try to select any values, there are NO OK or Cancel button visible. If you highlight all the text, then you will see where those buttons are located at. We are running Archer 6.2.00300.1026 version. Did anyone in the community have this issue? I believe it may have caused by that Microsoft patches either on workstation or server but don't know which one. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

David, this morning we still had issues, but I cleared the cache in IE and it is fine now. Is there work in progress to resolve the issue with the patch installed? We are going to get ACAS hits for not having this patch installed and that will be an issue since we are DoD. Thanks!
Holly based on this doc, RSA Archer Suite - UI problems post Microsoft Windows Security Update. that once you roll-back the Security and Quality Rollup and apply the security only patch you should be good.
If you still have concerns you'll have to reach out to support (ArcherSupport@rsa.com) to discuss it.
It is working now that we rolled back, but when we log on the server it says there is an update to be installed. This update to be installed is 4041085. When the server is scanned this will be a hit in ACAS which is our mandated monitoring software. DISA mandates updates be installed. I don't know what severity the hit will be but we will be required to install at some point. Will RSA be working towards a resolution with the update installed, or will we always need to keep it uninstalled?
we are facing this issue in both server side and clients. I even have one client which facing this issue in Chrome but not in IE. all under same Group Policy. in the client I cant find KB4040972. in My Web server (MH environment) I can find it but cant find KB4041085 which noted in A column in the doc RSA Archer Suite - UI problems post Microsoft Windows Security Update. Should I still follow the steps in the document? should I do it in web server only? Thanks
Tamar, we found that even though the end user thought they were clearing the cache on their IE that it was not clearing. One of our SA's cleared the cache on the one PC and it is working fine now. We have told our server SA's not to install 4041085 at all on our application servers.
I cleared the cache via "Delete"-Button in Internet Options -> General -> Browser History, and the borders and buttons are still missing. BUT deleting the cache manually helps: Internet Options -> General -> Browser History -> Settings -> Show files, mark all files and hit Delete.
