Archer Governance, Maintenance, Support, and Management
We have currently deployed Archer with five solutions and numerous applications and I am curious to know if other users are employing a particular model for their Governance, Maintenance, Support, and Management?
That's a big topic.
Something that we've done that I think has been of use is to have a round of daily checks of major aspects of the system. Most of these could be specific to your own set-up, but things like data feeds & LDAP synchs are worthwhile checking each day. We have been able to catch & resolve a number of issues before they have come to the attention of end users, by carrying out daily checks.
