BIA Campaign Assetation Not Populating Correct Record Editor
I am having an issue with a record's attestation not citing the correct record editor after a specific step in the process.
Scenario: BCM kick-off BIA process for the year, the system allows the Respondent to complete the BIA then follows a approval process then after:
-BIA Respondent or Delegate
-BIA Approver3 (if required)
In this scenario I've select the following for the workflow:
-BIA Respondent (myself()
-BIA Approver1 (Test Account 1)
-BIA Approver2 (Test Account 2)
-Final Approver (Admin Account)
In the field "Campaign Attestation History" you'll see that the first timestamp is simulating the creation of the record (by my own Admin account) which looks to follow the process flow, this is then followed by the BIA Respondent's attestation. The issue then arises at 9:20 a.m. when I attest as VMO Tester, Joe as the 1st approver, but the attestation picks up VMO Tester, Jane as the one that edited the record. I'm attempting to troubleshoot the issue, but am drawing a blank at looking at the calculated field and its dependencies:
Campaign Attestation History:
Last Actual Editor:
History Log (attached).
I don't see anything in the AWF design that would cause an issue, but if you need a copy of it I can provide. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
