In the BIA use case. Is there something that guides users on what the five ratings mean? I know it is a scale between 1-5, but the users will ask for a more defined definition on what that is. Any guidance will be appreciated.

With Archer aiming to be both an industry vertical and company maturity agnostic solution, we do not put definitions around these values. Generally the implementing company would define what those mean and publish their own internal documentation to their user base so that everyone at the company operates on a shared understanding.
