Data Driven Event query
I have a data driven event that displays certain fields and makes them required based on the selection of field A.
If Field A, Value 1 is selected then Field B will display and be required and Field C will be hidden.
If Field A, Value 2 is selected then Field B will be hidden and Field C will display and be required.
The problem I am having is that the data driven event works fine on the first selection of Field A however the value in Field A can change over time, and the data driven event is then not working - the correct fields are being displayed but the field that has been hidden is still being required.
Any assistance appreciated.

I would suggest you to implement 3 rules:
1. Rule which is always True will hide Fields B and C.
2. Rule: If Value 1 selected - Make field B - required.
3. Rule: If Value 2 selected - Make field C - required.
Hi Raigen - the presedence for data driven events is as follows:
2. Do Not Display
4. Read Only
So if a rule is true to both hide the field (do not display) and to make the field required - the field will always be required. You need another operator on the required field to make it only be required in certain instances. Maybe Equals Value 1 and Does Not Equal Value 2?
Thank you for the help! Turns out the issues was because the field being "hidden" was configured with a minimum selection requirement of 1 - I changed it to "no minimum" and it works as expected.
