We are using a delimited text file to simulate the data feed. The system recognizes the file as you can map the text fields to Archer application fields, but when you run the feed, it does not recognize the records in the file.
Assuming its a file transporter datafeed, is the file path correct? You can import the fields and map them without having a correct file path. Too, are you able to run a web capture to see the server activity?
Additionally, going from step one, remember that the path to the file specified within the feed needs to be the path from the server running the job engine. Conversely, unless you're actually on the services box, the path you provide to load files is the path from your local browser client.
If you have access to the server, it's worth doing an RDP and making sure that you can, indeed, access the file using the specified path (the job engine is going to use it's credentials, so I'd recommend you confirm the permissions to the folder and file.
Finally, you may also want to open the file in an editor like NP++ to confirm what the end of line characters are (CR-LF vs. CR vs LF) and adjust the definition if necessary.
This is caused by the data file not being able to be seen by the system. The data location must be accessible to the Services server to run or the file must be on the server.
If there is a Home Directory specified, the file must be in that path.
