Domain service account password reset
After domain service account password reset some of Archer functionalities are not operational - search function does not return any results, reports on dashboard are not displayed ('unexpected error'), attachments cannot be uploaded into assessments.
I updated the new password for Archer services, but the issue persists. Do you know how and where I should update the password to restore all the functionalities?
You will want to update the password on your Archer services, IIS app pools, etc. I recommend you review the Installation Guide for your version, and search it for "service account" to find all the impact areas.
