Error log file
Ritosmin you would have to take a look in the Archer Control Panel on the Installation Settings tab, Logging section to see the path were the log files are located. Then search the Archer.ArcherTech.JobFramework.Job.yyyymmdd files for the log reference id.
Is it possible that we cannot locate a particular error in our logs ?
We receive the same type of message when trying to open the "Master Report Listing" under Archer 6.2 P3 HF1 but cannot find anything in the Archer.w3wp or Archer.ArcherTech.JobFramework.Job files.
When an error with a Log Reference Id occurs in the Web UI, check the "w3wp" log files. If the Logging Folder path is a local drive, you'll need to check each Archer server.
Sometimes, the Log Reference Id cannot be found because the last 4 digits (milliseconds) are different. When this happens, you can search for all exceptions that occur around that time. For example, if the Log Reference ID is 080917-190940-4384, you can search the log files for "2017-08-09T19:09".
