Exporting Application Builder Report does not work.
My Archer's version is 5.4. I try to export Application Detail report, but it does not work. Steps I have done are in the pictrures. What could be wrong?
After clicking CSV link (or another link) nothing happens. Normally Archer offers to save the report.

we are having the same issue in 5.3. When trying to export the application builder reports using Internet Explorer, nothing happens (no errors, no crashes). However, when we use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, these reports export without problems.
I have been able to pull the report in 5.3 and 5.4 using IE 9, although I have noticed some delays. The lack of a progress bar could be causing some confusion. Try waiting a minute or so after clicking on CSV before doing anything else to see if you get different results.
I just tried again and waited per your suggestion, but gave up after 11 minutes of waiting for .CSV and 10 minutes waiting for .PDF. We are using Archer 5.3 SP1 P1 and IE 9. All other exports for reports or individual records are working fine with IE 9.
Does this occur for all applications? What happens if you create a new application, can you pull the report for that one? Have you tried accessing the report a different way (i.e. click the chart icon to the right of the application, rather than the Report icon on the upper left)? What if you try exporting to Excel or HTML, does it produce the report?
In our case, yes, it is for all applications (core and on-demand, questionnaires) and it fails for all export types (pdf, excel, html, csv, rich text). I just now created a brand-new application and exports thru the “View Application Builder Reports” failed. Also, I went into “Manage Applications” and tried going thru the charts on the right side and still could not export any of these reports. I did find however that I can “print” these reports – just not export.
This is also happening for all the other “View…. Reports” (i.e. Access Control, Discussion Forums, etc.) under the Navigation Menu in Administration.
Hi, Oleg and all.
Has anyone resolved this issue? A month ago we implemented Archer for the first time, version 5.5, and I have this problem with Internet Explorer when trying to export a report from the Master Report List. It works from reports in applications. But, it works fine for two colleagues in IE.
I have tried a multitude of IE setting changes, and have upgraded from IE 9 to IE 11, all with no luck. I think my colleagues run IE 8.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I got this issue as well as soon as we upgraded to IE 11 on 5.4 platform. Please let us know if anyone figured out a solution for this issue. Would appreciate any input that can help fix this issue with IE browser
