only the following roles can create/change global reports:
- Application Owners (only for their assigned applications)
- Report Administrators (only for their assigned applications)
- Users assigned to the System Administrator role
- built in sysadmin account
Users who do not have global report creation rights can only create personal reports, which cannot be shared with other users.
The built in sysadmin account is created during the install and can only be changed in the Archer Control Panel. The user name is just 'sysadmin'. You won't find it on the Manage Users page.
To my knowledge it has even more permissions than System Administrators. But don't ask me about the details 😉
