Graph/Chart Display Issue
I created a stacked vertical bar chart with the following:
- Group by "Auditor"
- Count of "Auditor"
- Group by "Overall Status"
But when it displays, each bar lists an Auditor's name on the x-axis; however, within a particular stacked bar there are multiple different Auditors listed, when it should only list that particular Auditor's information (example (see attachment): Himani's stacked bar should list all records where Himani is the Auditor and broken out by Overall Status but it's also showing Rebecca's "In Process" records within Himani's stacked bar).
Could someone help me resolve this issue? Thanks!
Looking at similar report built here, you likely have Auditor set to allow more than one to be assigned. Within Himani's stack, on the drill in you would also see any other auditors assigned to same records as Himani.
Thanks for the reply back @LouisHebben! Field Auditor does allow for more than one to be assigned, but when I drill in to Rebecca's portion of Himani's stack, Rebecca is the only Auditor listed on those 30 records.
One thing I'd like to point out is that this is working as expected in our lower environments, which is on version 6.9 SP3, but it's not working as expected in our production environment, which is on version 6.9 SP2. And in our lower environments where this is working, I added a couple people as Auditor on the same record and those displayed on each of the Auditors' bars so I don't think that's the issue.
@LouisHebben - In case you were curious, I reached out to RSA in regards to this issue and they stated the following:
So it looks like you're on Archer 6.9 SP2 (188.8.131.52). This issue is actually been reported and resolved as a defect under CE-9727 - Statistical Report using two Group By functions not functioning properly - This issue is resolved in Archer 184.108.40.206 (SP2 Patch 2) or newer versions of Archer, to resolve you'll need to upgrade as it is a code base issue.
