How to create a report that shows which user has last updated the item?
I am manging a RSA Platform 5.5 SP3.
We have recently opened the platform to many users and we would like to monitor if they are updating Risks in Risk register as expected.
Ideally a report that show who (or which group) has updated the record would help!
Thanks a lot dear community!

Most applications have a "Last Updated" field which is a system field that captures who update the record last along with a time stamp.
So you could probably run a report and include this field as one of the columns. The Last updated is ideally what you see at the top of the record. If the user information option is checked in Options in the above screenshot, it would also show who
(user) updated the record.
I agree with Syed and would like to offer one other small piece of advice. Our users asked for the same thing, however we found they became annoyed if we modified First Published or Last Updated because then any exports they had included the user information. So now we create new First Published and Last Updated date fields enabling those options and naming them differently so they know which field to pull in for reports. Hope that helps!
