How to delete duplicated records ?
We use a database query datafeed to import an asset database (workstation and server used in our network) in Archer.
Each asset which is imported has a Device ID (a system ID automatically generated), a name, and some more information like OS version.
For example :
Device ID : 1234 Workstation : WKST5678 OS Version : Windows Seven
Device ID : 8767 Workstation : WKST8789 OS Version : Windows 10
Device ID : 3453 Workstation : WKST0988 OS Version : Windows Vista
Device ID : 0233 Workstation : WKST3212 OS Version : Windows XP
The problem is that we have duplicated entries : Sometimes, wee have 2 times the same Workstation BUT whith a different Device ID
Note also that some information are missing on the duplicated entry.
For example :
Device ID : 4545 Workstation : WKST5678 OS Version : Windows Seven
Device ID : 5897 Workstation : WKST5678 OS Version:
As you can see, there is the same name of Workstation, but with a different Device ID. (Maybe because the OS Version information is missing ?)
I tried to find a way to find out duplicated entries using calculated field but I don't find the good function to do that
Would you have any idea on how to do that ?
Thanks for your help !

Instead of going through calc field -> You can try exporting a report to Excel and then find duplicates in Excel.
Then you can choose to delete the duplicate records manually or a datafeed can also help you do a bulk delete.
