How to detect Datafeed failures in Archer
Hello RSA Community,
We run RSA Archer 6.6 in my organisation.
The product is configured to run many data feeds at different times, but the problem we face is that sometimes the data feeds fail and we have no visibility of the failures.
Do datafeeds log failure events anywhere in the DB, log files ....whats the easiest way to detect them?
Is there a standard datafeed failure log text / code / reason that gets created and stored somewhere?
The engineering team that support the product set Archer logs to our Enterprise Splunk instance.
Please note that I am not an Archer developer, so this might seem like a simple question.
our most recent RSA Exchange offering is capable of monitoring data feeds and many other parameters with an Archer environment. It can alert admin teams if something unexpected happens. You can setup notifications for the status of the data feed. On the same timestamp, you can check the logs for exact reason of the failure. The log file directory will be updated in control panel.
