I tried adding a new source field in my A2A datafeed to essentially reset a checkbox to no avail.
I set the calculatation to "NoValue()" but it doesn't work.
I also tried to set it to static text as "NO" (which is a new value I added but made unavailable for user selection/display) which also didn't work.

Hi Ryan -
Are you receiving any errors when your data feed runs? What about any details from the execution history?
If your criteria is working to have the data feed run on schedule but it isn't processing any records, possibly due to a source field configuration issue, try "=novalue()" (no quotes).
You may also want to try a bulk action for this if your data feed isn't doing anything else in the target application/questionnaire as an alternative. Depending on what version of Archer you are running, you can also do this with a DDE if needed.
Using the Static Text value of No will only work if it's a value that users can select- the feed can't use it if it isn't active.
Ilya's recommendation of an "empty” static text sounds like what you want, but the replace and "populate when empty” options must both be enabled
I always do the following to clear the values from a values list field:
1. In the Static field please type double quotes ""
2. In field mapping, please ensure to check Empty Values and Replace Data
thanks for the replies all.
I've tried to not configure the static source field AND configure it with double quotes and neither methods reset the value to empty.
The data mapping is set to replace and to allow empty values.
UGH! Never mind. I had a mismapping. I had the original field from the report vs. the reset static source field. Sorry!
Thanks for the help, I've never used static or calculated source fields to augment a report before.
I just left it unconfigured - the 'unconfigured' message implies it won't run (at least to me) so didn't consider that before. Also key was allow empty values (seems like a duh! but out of habit I usually disallow it upon mapping.)
