I have checked all permission and company files folder everything was perfect but still records in my instance display a cross mark for all images.

I don't know anything specific, but the symptoms are similar to something that happened back in late 2017 as a result of a change Microsoft pushed. https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-80998.
To be clear, Microsoft broke some things that they had to back out. There were many products in the market that were affected, and Archer happened to be one.

This issue was solved when i changed Anonymous authentication to "Application Pool Identity". Earlier Specific user (i.e. IUSER) was selected.
Although the issue is fixed but i didn't understand what was the real issue because we have selected IUSER in all other instance.
Can any one explain me how the access flows and what does it mean when we set Anonymous Authentication to "Application pool identity" ?
