Installed SSL certificates on Archer App server and now the users cannot login

Hi,

We are currently accessing Archer using http. We want to use https, so yesterday we installed SSL certificates on Archer Application server to prepare for the https. The users can reach the login screen but Archer will not allow them to login giving the following error message:

Warning: The system is unable to validate the user account. Please review your login credentials and try again.

Even we cannot login using Sysadmin account. How to solve this problem?

Did you update the HTTP/HTTPS bindings in IIS? There's a bunch that could be going on here. Best course would be to review the Install & Upgrade Guide again for your version to ensure no HTTPS steps were missed, and to open a case with Support so they can assist.
