Hello everyone -
I was wondering what is the maximum number of questions per questionnaire?
I have added over 250 questions from QuestionLibrary to the questionnaire, and "Layout" tab of Application Builder does not seem to show up properly. Any one has any experience with large questionnaires? Can you share your thougts/ideas?
It seems to me that the number is actually capped at 200. At 200 questions or less, questionnaire loads and behaves, but anything beyond that is an issue.
Thanks in advance! Have a great day

We're using a questionnaire where it has 250 questions and running fine in 5.5 SP2
What exact issue you're facing?
Thank you response ArnabNandy, what happens is that when I go to "Layout" tab of the application Builder tab, what I see is that it shows me the screen for literally a second and then the window disappears all of a sudden. So I am left with an Archer screen but with no windows there do displays. I am not sure if it Silverlight issue or what, but it is quite annoying.
It's a potential issue with your DDEs - Application Conditional Layout called Conflict Resolution of ACL. We've also experienced such issue before. Re-check the ACL actions and mainly check the Qualified Groups in those actions to see if there are any conflict happening with the groups. You may turn on the Event Analyzer while validating the events.
Also note, in Archer if you've multiple tabs set horizontally, and try to hide or show questions in those tabs based on the events, it basically create issues and shows a blank tab and when you click on that tab and then press Apply the questions will show otherwise it remains as blank.
Also can you please share a snapshot of your layout issue.
Hope you found my answer helpful.
Thanks & Regards

Thanks so much. This totally worked and fixed my issue. I just added questions to the questionnaire by increments of 100 and after every 100 added, I went to the "Layout" tab and added those questions to a tab set.
Thank you again! Much appreciate your insight on this issue.
