We are facing worst performance issue, To Open Close and Edit records it takes 30-40 Secs, Most of the time this is the same case, We have around 500k Records, Expected Increase to 2 Millions end of this years, Most of the records are Vulnerability and Conflagration Check.
Also Drill of Report Takes Around 15-25 Seconds,
We are on 6.3 P5, I have contacted RSA Support no acceptable solution provided yet.
Has any one faced the same issue and how did you fix it , Does any one has solution for this.
We have high end specs with 2 Web and 2 App Server ,
- archer slowness
- Community Thread
- drill down
- Forum Thread

- RSA Archer
- RSA Archer Suite
Thank You ilya,
I have shared DB Configuration Report with RSA Support, They said there is no issue in DB Specs, Restarting IIS Service Does Help for sometime. But restarting is not solution as the users are using regularly.
How is the environment configured Irpan; number of web servers, application servers, load balancers, etc?
Have you contacted your network team to analyze the connectivity between the client and the web servers and between the web servers and the database server to see if there are any bottlenecks?
In the Archer Control Panel for the instance, do you have Database Log Table Cleanup configured?
Thank You David
We have 2 Web Servers, 2 Application Server, 1 Load Balancer,
I haven't contacted network to analyze however i have checked within Web Server using Local Host still same story
Log Table Cleanup is configured in ACP. Still no improvement, Slowness more prevalent on non admin users and some times performance shows little better however i did not see any DF running when slowness happens
You may have some long feed running, which did also long calculation.
Usually, services restart is helping for time being, but next scheduled feed may cause issue again.
Last time when i checked during slowness there was no data feed, I will re check again.
May i know usually how long it takes to open a record , Normal Report to Load and Drill Down with 3 Application Relationship
