"Hidden" System Formulas
I'm currently using 5.5 SP1 and have noticed certain "hidden" system formulas that have not been openly made available to users. This is especially so in Questionnaire default fields such as Correct, Incorrect, Maximum Score etc. The following are some examples of system formulas that cannot be found in the Formula Builder:
I'm just wondering if there is a complete list of such formulas that we can reference. This will be very useful in collating Questionnaire results, especially since out of the box Archer only limits us to Correct and Incorrect answers. If I want to collate results based on the answer selected, I would have to hardcode something like Sum(CountIF((Field1,Value1)),CountIF((Field2,Value1)),CountIF((Field3,Value1))) etc. I've tried using CountIF(GetApplicableFields("ValuesList"),"Value1") to no avail.
Anyone facing this same predicament?
To my knowledge these formulas aren't published in any documentation as they were not designed to be called by other functions. That may work fine but I doubt that RSA wants us using those. I would suggest if you have some very specific needs around your questionnaire to just build one from an application instead of a questionnaire. This way you can control all aspects of the formulas and what is correct and incorrect. There is some functionality like finding generation and campaigns that you can't really take advantage of when doing this but its fairly easy to do Archer to Archer feeds or API utility to make up for the lost functionality.
