Re-enroll an existing BIA in advanced workflow, running Campaign from the BIA Campaign Record.
We have started working with the Business Impact Analysis use case. We have been reviewing the documentation and have perfomed a POC to understand the funcionality.
For that, we have followed the solution workflow: Create a new BIA Campaign: associated with a existing Business Process, fill the BIA, approve and archive it, etc.
After that we tried to simulate the next year campaign to review how the process work in successive years.
Reviewing the documentation, the behaviour should the one explained on the following note (extracted from RSA Archer Documentation):
Note: The BIA use case does not currently support automatic re-enrollment. To re-enroll an existing BIA in advanced workflow, a user with the BCM Business Process Role must select Run Campaign from the BIA Campaign Record.
We have tried to run the campaing as indicated in the note, launching the campaign again with a user (BCM Business Process Role), selecting the same business process.
But we have checked that the BIA is associated with the campaign and it does not re-enroll in AWF. The record still on the previous approved status and we have to re-enroll it manually (Initiate BIA button).
What could we be doing wrong? Is there something we are missing for the BIA to start again when we run the campaign?
Thanks in advance,
