Re-enroll records in AWF after deleting from job troubleshooter
I have deleted several jobs in the advanced workflow job troubleshooter (pressed the delete button), thinking (perhaps incorrectly) that I could re-enroll them. Now I cannot see how to "re-enroll" the associated records in advanced workflow. There is a "re-open" AWF button in the record. Pressing that brings up the error: "Cant enroll in a workflow, already has an active workflow job." However there is no job visible in Advance workflow job troubleshooter. Does anyone have a suggestion? How do you re-enroll a record into AWF after deleting it from the AWF troubleshooter. Copying the record itself is problematic due to the many cross references (this is the ODA Assessment and Authorization). Thanks in advance for your ideas.

Have you tried either:
Or logging into the Advanced Modeler and use Bulk Update Jobs:
But because you have deleted all jobs, I wonder if you will see anything. Still worth to try.
What version of Archer do you currently have installed?
There is a defect (ARCHER-46254) related to this exact issue and it was fixed in 126.96.36.199. If you are not at least on 188.8.131.52 you will need to upgrade.
Even after you upgrade you might still need to create a package with the application and install over the top of it to resolve some dependencies on the database side. You can also do that right now before upgrading and it should restore the job within the job troubleshooter.
Thank you. We are on 6.4sp1p3 so 46254 should have been fixed.
I could not find any way to "recreate" the AWF job. Ultimately I found that it was fairly easy to "copy" an Authorization package record before the controls are allocated, as was the case with these. Copying the package creates a new AWF record, which I advanced manually up to the desired point.
