Record filtering on Security Incidents
i want to filter "records" default view for Security Incidents for single user.
User A must only see security incident on incident title that starts as 'Perimeter 1'
User B must only see security incident on incident title that starts as 'Perimeter 2'
User C can see any incident.
Is it possible to implement such use case? I have tryied to create custom reports but i cannot fix them as default record view for single user.

1. Create Helper VL which is set to A when title that starts as 'Perimeter 1'.
2. Helper VL is set to B when title that starts as 'Perimeter 2'.
3. Helper VL is set to C otherwise.
4. Use AutoRP based on Helper VL and set appropriate rights.
There is no way to "filter" the default records view of an application. This lists all records the user has access too. You can utilize the "Filter By" on the left hand menu, but essentially this is a view of "Display All Records" the user has read access to.
As Ilya mentioned, you can limit what records the users can see by using Record Permissions but then User A won't have ANY access to see Perimeter 2 records. If they shouldn't or don't need to see those other records at all, then utilizing RPs is the way to go. If they do need access to those records, you will need to use a different Report or train the users to use the "Filter By"s.
As mentioned by IIya, this can be easily achieved by Automatic Record Permission.
Create Helper Value List and set the Value List , then accordingly configure Automatic Record permission and set the rules using Helper Value list.
Also, check other Automatic record permissions for application.if you have configured, exclude that groups from RP.
