What do you see in your job queue in the Archer Control Panel? Also, you may want to make sure that you queue is running? I would first see if it is, in fact, running in the Archer Control Panel, but if not I would make sure that your queuing service is running. What version are you running?
I actually just had this happen again and I am not sure what happened, but the job engine did not show it as still running. I had to copy the package and remap everything and install the copied package.
Hello Caselman ,
Thanks for the support.
There is no running process listed in the queue. RSA Archer Queuing is running in services. I am trying to deploy RSA_Archer_Security_Operations_Management_1.2.
At RSA Archer GRC - Package Installation log it is showing queued. It will be helpful if you could share any documentation related to integration/mapping of secops with Archer GRC.
Thanks in Advance.
When you see a packaging job status as queued : It indicates that a job was created and is put into the queue for execution (not started).
Below are a few things to check:
- Verify that the Archer queuing service and the job engine is running. If not try restarting these two services.
- Verify that the Discontinue job processing check box is NOT checked on the Archer Control Panel.
- Please confirm that you do not have any filters set up on the Archer Job Engine to not execute any Package Install jobs.
When I tried installing Secops solution it took 5 days for me to install the whole package. It might be because there are many jobs in the queue. But finally after installing the solution I faced many problems with the other running solutions( Example: I found some calculated fields are throwing circular reference error ). Also please do check with the requirements for Secops solution before installing the package.
