Sending out Questionnaire once completed
I created a Questionnaire, but I want to send it to an entire team inside our company (no way for the Archer tool to identify the team). How do I send via email to a team so that they can log into Archer and complete the Questionnaire?

Thanks for replying Torrey. If I know the box, how do I get the questionnaire sent out? As of now, I have it setup with the layout etc, but I don't see where I can send it? I can see where the results would be once it has been filled out, but not where to deploy it? Does this make sense?
Sending out a questionnaire in Archer implies creating a blank questionnaire record (manually or through campaigns) and having notifications setup so that the intended submitter gets the email with the link to the blank questionnaire record(configured in the notifications template). This submitter could be the person/group that is selected in one of the User/Group fields within the questionnaire record or static user or group setup in Archer. If you do select a group as submitter you must note that a single record cannot be concurrently accessed by multiple users. Hope this answers your question.
What is the purpose of sending the email to all the employee?
If its a so change in the policy and you want the all employee to be aware regarding it then you can
create a questionnaire in the the training and awareness module

Our questionnaires go out to vendors. They fill it out and go to reviewers in our company. Our reviewers tend to ask follow-up clarification questions through Comments and will send the questionnaire back to the vendor. We have an issue of vendors going in and changing their response which in turn messes up the scoring and findings. We'd rather obtain the correct answer through the comment and manually closing the finding.
What do other companies do? Do you allow your vendors to edit their original submission? We'd like to not allow vendors to edit their original submission, but would have to create A LOT of DDEs to make that happen.
we do not allow anybody to make changes to a submitted questionnaire. Once the submission status changes to submitted, we have 1 DDE (ACL) to make the entire questionnaire read-only. If any changes or updates are required, they are usually e-mailed and the reviewer will update/close the finding.
