Training and Awareness Campaign
We recently created a Quiz in Archer under training and awareness campaign. Though we have set the skip setting for the Quiz as Force acceptance, the user is able to bypass the quiz while logging in using SSO. Whereas, if a user is logged in using manual login, the user is forced to take the quiz.
Could you please help us to understand why the user is not able to view the Quiz while logging in using the SSO feature.
Thanks in advance.

What version of the Archer Platform are you running?
What flavor of SSO are you using?
When you say "bypass” can you elaborate by noting what screens the user sees in order? (e.g., do they not get presented the quiz, do they manipulate the URL to get around, etc.)
Version is 6.8P2 and the SSO we have implemented here is using the SAML technology.
When the user uses the manual login, the first activity he must do is to attend the quiz but through the SSO, the user is directed to his homepage address automatically and no URL manipulation occurs.
If you haven't already opened a ticket with Support, I would recommend you do so.
I am unable to replicate using Federation or Windows Authentication and don't have ready access to the other configurations.
There may be some URL settings (Web and/or SSO tabs of ACP) that need adjusting, but it sounds like it may be a defect.
