unable to attach attachments to On demand notification in V6.2 P4
We are unable to upload attachments to on-demand notification while sending in V6.2. It’s working fine in V5.5 but, not working in V6.2. When I attached a file, it is listing the file on the window. But when I clicked on OK, the attachment is vanishing and not getting attached to the template. please advise to resolve this

Nagakiran make sure you're File Repository directory setting in the Archer Control Panel is set properly and if the path is on a shared network that the account used for Archer Application Pool in IIS has access full access to that share. If the path is local to the server make sure it's not located in the Program Files folder.
Nagakiran, we are running Version 6.2. P5 and found this problem several months ago with an earlier version. We contacted RSA Archer Support who validated the problem even in their environment. Archer-40835 was the tracking number given to me. I have yet to see the defect listed in any release notes.
Thanks Glen, I also raised a case request to them. they replied like "It is a known issue and will be fixed in the later release RSA Archer 6.3. One workaround available in the meantime is to add an attachment field in the application itself. This will at least allow attachment to be added through the attachment field".
