I am trying to update the user in "Run As" field of Schedule Bulk Action. When I try to update the existing user with any of the System Admin user I could not find that user in the values and it shows no results found. No user is shown in the users drop down too. Is there any possibility to update the user?
Note: I tried with all permissions to the users such as CRUD access to the Schedule, System admin access but nothing worked. The only thing I could do is delete the existing Schedule and recreate it.
I need a solution to update the Schedule "Run As" user without deleting the Schedule. Thanks in advance!
It display the system admins and the user names with Read access to the application only when I create a new schedule. After first save I could not update the Run As user name.
As per the screen shot, I have saved this Schedule with my name in "Run As". I need to update it but when I check for the available users it didn't display any user name. I even tried for many Schedules but all returns blank user list. @DavidPetty is there anything that I need to check further in Archer? I need to update multiple Schedules since the user in "Run As" is leaving the organization. Deleting and creating all those schedules in one go is time consuming.

Also does your account have the System Administration role assigned?
@DavidPetty Yes, I tried searching for all the system admins and the users who have access to the application in search box but it shows "No results found".
I have system admin access and all the system admins are facing this issue. And this is same in all the environments that we use.
