Way to normalize font and size in text area
We have several Text Areas in our applications that allow users to enter multiple lines of text either by typing or via copy/paste. Is there a way to set the Rich Text to override their font and text size choices to some default value or just not make font size an option in the rich text editor?
I see that there is a Clear Formatting button which I'm assuming would retain the entered text but sets what would otherwise be a custom value to some system-level default.
We are running Archer 6.4 SP1 P6.

1. Create an enhancement idea on Normalize button in RTF editor.
2. Run A2A DataFeed and strip HTML tags on.
4. Possibly run Custom Object with API to take data, use JS to normalize and then save data again.

Thank you Ilya,
I must admit a certain lack of experience in setting up Archer to Archer data feeds. Is there good documentation on how I would go about stripping the HTML tags from that field using a DF?
STRIPHTML function could be found in Archer Help, though, there is not much information on usage, expect it must be used in DataFeed calculations.
You have to setup standard A2A, and then create Calculated field in the Source tab of the DataFeed. There you use:
and use that newly field to map to needed textarea.
I am trying to use striphtml in data feed calculation. Unfortunately getting syntax error.
I tried the below 2 expressions:
striphtml ([Test Field])
I am using version 6.4
How do you verify that syntax is not correct?
Did you run DF and see error or you validate via Syntax Checker? Latter case would always give error btw.
