Web API: Value not set to Active when using CreateValuesListValue
We're able to successfully add a value to an existing values list via CreateValuesListValue, but the new value is not being set to active. I don't see anything in the api documentation about setting a value to active or inactive. Am I missing something or is that the web api's default behavior? Is there a way to add the value with an active status via the web api? I don't want to have to manually go into the values list just to set the value to active.
Similar issue for us as well.
We want to use UpdateValuesListValue to just set the active flag in order to keep our ServiceNow support groups in sync with ServiceNow.
Surely active/inactive is available to set on the request object either in the SOAP or REST APIs.
I guess I'll know soon enough as we're working this story next sprint.
