Where can I find the "log" or error content table for 'An unexpected error has occurred in the system. The error Log Reference ID is: 081718-214436-7203.'
Upgraded Archer Suite from 6.2 to 6.4 P1. Cannot open one iView. Receive error: "An unexpected error has occurred in the system. The error Log Reference ID is: 081718-214436-7203. Please try your request again. If problems persist, please contact your system administrator." Where can I look up the info for this error?
Try following these steps :
1. Go to Archer Control Panel and select your instance.
2. In "General" tab, you'll find the path to the folder where Archer error logs are stored.
3. Navigate to the folder identified in Step 2.
4. Open the logs generated around the time you observed this error in any text editor and search for this id.
Alternatively after step 3 :
4. In the error logs folder, click on "Search" -> Advanced Options -> choose "file contents" under "In non-indexed locations".
5. Search for the log id in file search bar
