Why wouldnt notification jobs fire?
We recently upgraded our DEV environment from 5.5 SP4 P7 to 6.2 P4 and our notifications stopped sending, both scheduled notifications and DDE notifications. I checked in the ACP to make sure the Discontinue Job Processing box wasnt checked (I've been guilty of this before) and that the email settings were correct by sending a test notification from the ACP.
The notification reports show that no notifications were sent from the time of the upgrade until now. No sent, no failures, no returns. What log files would I review to see this activity? Is there any known reason why notifications wouldnt be sending?

If the test notification works from the ACP than the SMTP configuration are good. Check one of the applications and make sure on the General tab in the Options section that Notifications are enabled.
The Archer Jobs logs is were you'd check to see if there are any issues for the notifications.
