Zero result for Members by Group in access control report
Members by group report is returning zero results for some of the selected groups ( as these group has many users in it ~= 16k)
do we have any workaround to view or extract members by group user list ?
This is a known bug: ARCHER-105539, "6.9 P2 HF1 Blank Group Membership". It is fixed in a later patch/hotfix, although I'm not sure which one. We are on 6.9 SP2 and this is no longer an issue although I'm not thrilled with how they fixed it.
Sorry, I misread the original post. What I was alluding to was in Group Management, when there are a large number of users in the group.
What you are seeing now is a longstanding issue in a number of Archer admin reports. If the report returns too many results, Archer just gives back a blank page with no warning message. We get that all the time with the notification report on days when we send out large numbers of emails. I am unaware of a fix to this other than to use the API or a DB query.
As mentioned, this is an issue with a number of Archer admin reports. Likely that the threshold is 10k records meeting whatever criteria for the report you're looking at. I have a support ticket open right now on this for the Notifications Sent Report, but am being told it's "working as designed".
