Assigning accountability for tasks, findings, remediation, and more are key tenants for Archer business risk management offerings. However, the user profile information, which formulates the credentials by which an Archer user logs into the Archer Platform, is stored separately. Therefore, the Platform stores similar user and contact data in two locations.
The Archer User Profile and Contact Synchronization tool & utility provides an automated method for connecting and synchronizing the Contact application with the User Profile system data. The offering uses the Archer RestAPI and a data feed to synchronize key attributes such as first and last name, user name, email address, phone number, and language. The offering is available to both for both on premise and hosted implementations.
