The Evalto Inactive User Reporting App-Pack provides proactive reporting of inactive, locked, and/or users no longer in groups (i.e. inactive users) in active records across the Archer platform. Records in scope for review are based on your desired filter criteria for records that are open, active, and/or published per configuration. Flexible scheduling allows you to generate reports at the best time for each application or questionnaire. This app-pack allows you to proactively address problems before campaigns are created, emails are sent, and/or due dates are past due. After initial app-pack installation and setup, the creation of configurations to monitor applications takes a few moments and the system runs automatically going forward.
Originally released in August 2020, the second version of the Evalto Inactive User Reporting App-pack includes new features and functionality enhancements, including simplified configuration setup, reporting of users no longer in access groups, and support for SaaS and Hosted customers.
The Evalto Inactive User Reporting app-pack enables organizations to:
Easily create reporting configurations per application or questionnaire to find inactive, locked, and/or users no longer in groups.
Filter and limit reporting to specific records such as active, open, or published.
Customize report frequency per configuration.
Email notification sent to separate report owners per configuration if inactive users are found.
Easily open impacted records and update the record with an active user.
Optionally use a .CSV file attachment for tracking updates or data imports.
Utilize a review workflow for tracking and influencing dashboard reporting.
Eliminate regulatory fines, legal fees, opportunity costs, realized risks, and wasted time resulting from key tasks being assigned to inactive users.
Simple solution to identify inactive users responsible for key tasks and activities.
Reports of inactive users can be sent to specific report owners who can remediate the issue (does not have to be a system administrator).

Supported Platform Version
The Evalto Inactive User Reporting app-pack was developed for and validated on Archer Platform release 6.6 P5 and later.
Archer On-Demand Application (ODA) Licenses
One (1) Archer On-Demand Application (ODA) licenses are required for the Evalto Inactive User Reporting app-pack.
In addition, one (1) questionnaire is required for this offering. This requires a licensed use case that enables questionnaires in order for this questionnaire to function.
