RSA Archer Request & Response Tracker App-Pack

Organizations are often inundated with requests for information. These requests can come from within the organization or external to the organization from their clients, third parties, vendors, and so on. These requests are typically Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Proposals (RFP). When the organization receives these requests, they need to gather the responses and return them to the Requestor. For most organizations, this is a manual process and results in longer cycle times and outdated reports. In addition to a manual process, the information requested is often repeated and require the same response. Responses are required from multiple departments within the organization, making it difficult to track these requests and ownership of the responses resulting in information silos.

With the RSA Archer Request and Response Tracker, you can document these requests and the response back to the Requestor. Requests are easily imported into RSA Archer and assigned to owners to provide responses and supporting evidence. In addition, you can approve responses in advance to help minimize the cycle time of requests. Once responses are selected or provided, you can easily export the request and send it back to the Requestor and track the final outcome.
