An instance report or installation report needs to be generated in order to investigate Archer performance or general issues pertaining to sizing, but several Configuration Report generations were already executed without any results.
Steps to confirm you are impacted by this issue are below: Configuration Report (Instance or Installation) does not generate or show under Report History after the Archer Control Panel states that the generation has finished.
Steps to address the issue:
Stop the Archer Job Engine Service.
On the Archer Control Panel > Open Plugins > Job Engine Manager
Click on Menu > System Jobs.
Click on "All" to check all jobs.
Dequeue jobs > Submit.
On the Jobs list, choose "Admin Dashboard Data Gatherer" only.
Click on Queue Jobs and check "Start job(s) now" > Click on Submit.
Generate the Instance Report again and verify that this gets generated.
Once generated, go back to the jobs list as per step 3.
Click on "All" jobs.
Queue Jobs and check "Start job(s) now" > Click on Submit to start all the jobs again.
