Users with same name are mapped to User with lowest User ID During Data Import into Record Permissions field in RSA Archer
RSA Product Set: Archer eGRC RSA Version/Condition: 220.127.116.11 and 6.1 build 1159 Platform: Windows Server 2008R2/2012
When importing data into a Record Permission field for users with matching First and Last Names, the middle initial is ignored and the first user created (the user with the lowest id in the system) is chosen to populate the field.
The workaround is to temporarily rename each user (with the same name) to something different. Make sure the LDAP Synch does not run during the Data Import.
After the Data Import is successful, run the LDAP Synch or rename the users back to original name.
