Using the keyword combination 'Shift + Ctrl + Enter' doesn't work when navigating record in Archer

Using the keyword combination: 'Shift + Ctrl + Enter' does not respond when you are navigating the record and hit either the 'Edit' and 'Add' buttons within the record.
Open a browser and login to Archer user interface
Go to an application
Create a new record
Navigate to the record using the tab key on the keyboard
As soon as you reach either the 'Edit' and 'Add' button within the record
Use the keyword combination: 'Shift + Ctrl + Enter' and it won't respond
The keyword combination: 'Shift + Ctrl + Enter' won't work with Chrome 90 later and Edge 91 later.
The keyword combination: 'Shift + Ctrl + Enter' only work with Internet Explorer.
The RSA engineering has found the root cause of the issue (ARCHER-115918) and the issue was relating to no key event up for ctrl shift enter was taken care for the anchor tag. The issue was fixed in the Archer 6.9 SP2 P2 and it was tested on both browsers Chrome 90 later and Edge 91 later with 'Shift + Ctrl + Enter'.
