A customer receives a warring message "Warning: No user licenses available" while they are logging to Archer.
The reason why the user is unable to login to Archer is because the RSA Archer license key is expired.
To verify the license status, please perform the following step:
Login to Archer Control Panel.
Double-click your instance under All Instance.
Then go to the "Instance Information" section to check the "Expiration Date".
In order to resolve the issue, the expiration date of the Archer license key needs to be extended. You will need to contact your local RSA Account Manager for support options going forward.
