Can we please have an area on the page for submitting new cases that lists current known issues?
We had a case a couple of weeks ago where we was having issues with SecureID was unable to send notifications randomly, and only after submitting a ticket outlining the issue was told it was a known issue, and that they were working on it.
If there is a ticker/alert/notice on the page where we submit tickets it would save time (and your own sanity) if we could see if the known issues pertain to what we are experiencing.
This will also give us a communication path for our users if we know that there is an issue and it is currently been worked on.
