Load previous enhancement requests submitted through Support

In order to be able to track prior enhancement requests that were submitted to Support without having to call Support to get updates, please load these into this into the new Idea area on the Community and then we can also get additional support from other companies, thanks.

Lauren Brodt‌, you could add it, but it is different.  My ask is about enhancement requests, not defects.  Before the idea exchange was brought back, we had to submit our ideas to support and supposedly, they kept track of them.

Scott Hagemeyer‌ or Denise Sposato‌, can you confirm if this is true?

Yes, these were tracked internally during the period between Idea Exchange existences.  

Unfortunately, there isn't a bulk load feature to the Ideas space here on the Community, and there are over 1200 requests sitting internally. Even if we did them manually, they would all show up as being created by me (or whomever from RSA makes them) and you as the original reporter would have to come here and re-vote and follow the Idea to get notifications about it.

We looked for ways to migrate them over, but nothing was very appealing, and so we are managing both spaces. As such, I think we can close this particular Idea as "Does Not Align", as we don't have a good way or intentions of doing so.

Thanks for your response.  Is it possible to send me a copy of mine so that I can choose to manually load them if I still think that they are valid?
