Customer Robert Campbell called me.

Informed Robert Campbell that I need any UID from him.

Robert Campbell Informed me that he is going to contact his IT department to get this Info.

Informed the customer that he needs to register again on RSA Link using any UID to grant him access to be able to download the versions.
