Access Denied to Downloads

I am trying to download the windows server agent 7.4.4 and I get access denied as show in screenshot.  I tried several browsers and computers.  I was able previously to download earlier versions and appliance.  I am not sure what happened.

Thank you for the response.  The issue was resolved shortly after my post. I did not have access to the portal.  Access was granted to community.securid.com.  Below is the response I received from support.  They were very quick to resolve.

I have granted you access to the community portal which is "community.securid.com", so now you will be able to download.
Before login, try new browser>clear cache and cookies>open new incognito window>login and download.
