Hi Md,
It looks like that discussion resides in the Archer Customer/Partner Community" data-type="space, which is restricted to Archer customers and partners. It appears that when you registered for your RSA Link account, you did not check the "I am an RSA customer or partner" box and provide an Archer license key to identify yourself as a customer, which would automatically grant you access into that area.
Therefore, you have two options for getting access to that page:
- Go to the RSA Security Inc. Registration Portal and fill out the form again with your same email address and this time check the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" box and supply an Archer License Key. After submitting, you will not be required to change your password, security questions, or on-demand authentication, and your account will be given access to the customer-only pages. (You may need to log out and log back into RSA Link for the change to take effect.)
- If you just want access to the Archer Customer/Partner Community" data-type="space and don't need access to customer-only downloads or need the ability to open support cases, then you can fill out the access request form for that page and will be granted access shortly thereafter by the Archer Community Manager.
