Access is denied for product download page

I am unable to access the downloads for Authentication Manager, it says Access is denied.

Hi @khamilton ,

 

Thanks for responding.  I am seeing that you don't have any contracts or entitlements on your profile/community account which is why you are unable to access customer specific areas.  There might have been a problem loading them when you first registered or maybe you haven't been updated as a contact for your company, but no problem.  Unfortunately I can't see your contracts or entitlements as an admin of the Community, so if you could fill this form out it will raise a support ticket in our accounts queue and they can investigate this for you, and they will let us know what areas we should grant you.  Go ahead and post screenshots of our dialogue on that form and let them know that we are just wanting to verify an active contract and that we can load you temporary permissions once we get a signal from them.

I'm sorry to hear that.  Are you able to submit a case in the Case Portal for the account admins to check your permissions?

Thank you for the reply. However, I am not able to access that page either. It gives me the same Access Denied or Access Not Permitted message.  How do I get permissions to these pages?
