'Access not permitted' to access Case Portal
I want to create a case for RSA SecurID Access Virtual Appliance, but when I click Support > Case Portal > Create New Case, it redirects to a page showing Access not permitted, please advise

i was able to access the case tab previously, but now it is showing access denied ?

Hi,
same problem with my account. When trying to create new case I get "Access not permitted".
